For individuals or companies needing a greater degree of support for time consuming tasks and projects, our team is available to provide dedicated assistance when you purchase extended blocks of time from us. Examples of such tasks may include: appointment scheduling, data entry, updating Client Relationship Management Software, internet research and reporting, presentation development and document creation, proofreading for spelling and formatting.

Pricing Plans

• Our team is available during business hours for project based services. For urgent projects that require our services outside of business hours, these are handled at 1.5 times the hourly rate indicated.

• Prior to starting a project we will provide an estimate of the number of hours we expect to be able to complete the project within, and in what timeframe. Regardless of the actual amount of time spent, the final project fee will not deviate from the estimated value by more than 30%.

• If you need more work done beyond the number of hours provided for by the plan purchased, additional hours may be purchased at the hourly rate indicated.

• Hours purchased carry a four month validity period, after which, unused hours expire indefinitely.
