    Cream Counsel membership delivers a total lifestyle management solution for busy people who want to live smart and live well. We provide members with the convenience of having a personal executive assistant to delegate “to-do” lists to. Our executive assistants are supported by a network of the city’s best goods and service providers that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    The extra benefits of membership: Merchant privileges that address every major lifestyle need (found in the “Cream Collection” ), and access to a variety of social and business networking opportunities and events.

  1. What kind of service requests do you handle?

    The service menu is almost limitless – we can handle just about anything, as long as the request is legal and ethical. We will either execute the request ourselves, or find and manage the best resource for the job. Typical requests include:

    • Restaurant reservations
    • Gift ideas, gift purchases and delivery coordination
    • Personal shopping assistance
    • Travel planning and coordination (e.g. arranging for airline tickets, hotels, airport pick ups, and car rental services)
    • Day to day errands (e.g. arranging for a babysitter, arranging for laundry pick up and collection).
    • Home maintenance help
    • Information services (e.g. movie times, golf tee times, flight arrival times)
    • Event ticketing arrangements
    • Service provider recommendations and appointment making (e.g. spa, salon and doctor’s appointments)

  1. Can I share my membership with other people?

    Membership is not transferable, although we are happy to work with your personal assistant (if applicable) if required.

    The card is the means by which you will be recognised as a Cream Counsel member. This card allows you to take advantage of the benefits offered by the Cream Collection (link to Cream Collection) of merchant partners.

    Cream Counsel membership is designed for busy business professionals who value the convenience and time saved from having a personal executive assistant.

  1. What happens on signing up?

    You will be contacted by your personal executive assistant whose first task is to gather information about our members and their preferences so she understands how to serve you best. After she creates your profile, we are ready to start taking in requests via email and phone. Every once in a while, she may also send reminders on important dates (e.g. birthdays and anniversaries) and offer to assist with these, or call to invite you to an upcoming event she knows will suit your fancy.

  1. How safe is the personal data I provide you with?

    Your data is housed in a highly secure data centre with world class physical and logical network security systems in place. Our software systems are certified and accredited by the following organisations: SAS 70 Level II, SysTrust, SafeHarbour and Trust-e.
