What are “Basic Enquiries” and “Requests?”
"Basic enquiries" include simple activities like:

We are happy to help with an unlimited number of such enquiries.
"Requests" are tasks you give us that require a greater degree of research, coordination, and/or management. Examples include:

Procurement of services (e.g. automobile rental and limousine services, yacht charter)
